Simple Joys

The Story:
My friend’s dad said he was one of the most blessed people in the world. Even though they were, by governmental and society’s terms, ‘poor’, he considered himself extremely blessed. He would open the fridge just to say, “I’m so blessed! There’s food in the fridge!”

I am so blessed.

Today I’m going to play basketball, my favorite sport.    I AM SO BLESSED!
Today I ate ice cream. I really like ice cream!
I live under a roof. God has given me shelter.

Wow, Jesus! Thank-You for being a good Gift Giver!

Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him; bless his name! – Psalm 100:4

About morgangascho

I grew up in Iowa, USA (famous for growing corn). I'm contemplative, I love writing, and blogging has become a hobby. Writing worship music is a way to engage in sweet conversation with the Divine Creator of the Universe, Jesus. He is my life. I am hidden in Him and I pray that someday I will know what that means. Until then, I'm seeking His glory, waiting for the day when it will all be revealed to me.
